Alon’s career has been defined by the core values of sustainability and innovation, key cornerstones of Twine’s business. Alon has extensive experience working for HP Indigo, known as a pioneer in the digital printing realm, for more than 25 years. During his 16 years as CEO, HP Indigo maintained its market leadership in the digital printing sector through continued innovation and customer focus, which resulted in unprecedented customer growth and organic growth for Indigo of over $1 Billion. Following his long career at HP Indigo, Alon was appointed in January 2021 as Active Chairman of the Board at Highcon and as Executive Chairman at Redefine Meat. He is passionate about diversity and involved in initiatives to promote Arab participation in Hi Tech. In his leisure time, he enjoys music, reading, gardening and travelling. Alon holds an MBA and BA in history and economics from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem. He is married to Cathy and has four children.
Mrs. Limor Ganot is the managing partner of Gefen Capital. In the past ten years Ganot performed M&A transactions, dealt with complex financial projects, led IPO’s and private placements, led turnaround situations and dealt with and created growth strategies for mature and startup companies.
Ganot is a member of the Global Advisory Board of Diners Club International, a direct banking and payment services company owned by NYSE listed Discover Financial Services. She is also a board member of Diners Club Israel.
Ganot is the former Co-CEO of NYSE Listed Alon Blue Square Israel with a turnover of $3.5 billion and operations in various sectors: convenience stores, petrol stations, supermarkets, communications, financial services and non-food retail and real estate.
Snir Wiessman is the president and CEO of Israel Oil and Gas fund, LP. From 2007 to 2015, Mr. Wiessman worked as a Senior Manager of Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions at Alon Israel. In his position at Alon Israel, Mr. Wiessman often led the company’s efforts in dealing with both private and public capital markets. Mr. Wiessman also led Alon Israel’s emerging markets team where he was focused on determining entry solutions into new markets. Mr. Wiessman received his B.Sc. in electrical engineering from Ben Gurion University with honors and his MBA from the Tel Aviv University, Recanati Business School. Mr. Wiessman served in the Israeli military’s elite intelligence branch 8200, the equivalent of the National Security Agency (NSA) in the United States.

Hiroki Ishiguro joined Maruito in 2003 with a degree in Master of Laws (LL.M) and a Master of Commerce (M.Com). Since then, he has incorporated his knowledge and expertise in various fields of the administrative department, including general affairs, accounting, and corporate planning.
He has taken on proactive leadership roles through introducing and overseeing quality and environmental management systems. His extensive skills have further driven the company’s digital transformation, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.
On a global scale, he has taken on the responsibility of establishing subsidiaries in Shanghai, China, in 2004, and Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2014.
As CEO since 2016, Hiroki continues to lead Maruito with dedication.
Digital transformation leader, conventional to print on demand with over 30 years of experience. First with HP Indigo and then Kornit Digital for the past 5 years. Allon held senior management positions in Finance, Sales, Strategic Accounts, and Global Management.
Michael brings over 30 years of experience leading multidisciplinary R&D teams across all stages of the product lifecycle. He has held senior R&D management roles in capital equipment companies serving the semiconductor industry, as well as in the AgTech and digital printing sectors. Michael holds both a BSc and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Kfir joins us with vast experience in customer success management with over ten years of leadership positions in complex and multidisciplinary products manufactured by HP- Indigo .
He brings his experience as Indigo’s Asia Pacific/Japan, regional service manager dealing with distributors and direct customers to his role at Twine. Previously to this role, Kfir was the Indigo Country Service Manager for Israel.
During his 25 years at Indigo Kfir has developed significant and deep knowledge of product introduction and innovation and is regarded as a team player with a strong record of growing people and a passion for customers. Kfir has a BA in Economics and Business Administration and a Practical Engineer degree in Industrial Management.
Kfir is married to Orit, and they have four children.
